Workflows can now tag your pursuits automatically 🏷️

We've made your automations even smarter: the Add to Pipeline workflow action now tags your pursuits for you. When a workflow drops a new contract into your pipeline, it applies the tags you've chosen right away β€” so opportunities land already sorted by business line, priority, or whatever your team tracks.

What's New

The Add to Pipeline action now supports automatic tagging. Pick any of your existing tags, and the workflow applies them to every pursuit it adds. Your choices are merged with any tags already on the pursuit, so nothing you've set by hand ever gets overwritten.

How It Works

  • 🏷️ Open a workflow and select (or add) an Add to Pipeline action
  • In its settings, open the Tags picker and search or click to choose one or more tags
  • βœ… When the workflow runs, those tags are applied to each pursuit as it enters your pipeline
  • Existing tags on a pursuit stay put β€” your selections are added alongside them, never on top

Why It Matters

Triage runs itself. Build a workflow that sorts new opportunities by business line, then have it tag and file them on its own β€” so your team opens the pipeline to pursuits that are already organized instead of sorting everything by hand. The work shows up where it belongs, the moment it lands.

Get Started

Open any workflow, click your Add to Pipeline action, and choose your tags under "Tags". Don't have a workflow yet? Head to Workflows in the sidebar to build one.
