What's New
Your workflows can now create and store real documents. An AI Agent step writes the content and exports it as a file — a Word doc, PDF, or CSV — and the new Save Document step saves that file to a pursuit's Documents or a folder in your Document Hub.
How It Works
- 📝 Add an AI Agent step and describe the document you want — it writes the content and creates the file (Word, PDF, or CSV), picking the format that fits
- 📁 Add a Save Document step right after and choose the destination: Pursuit Documents (the file is added to the pursuit and logged in its activity), or Document Hub (your root folder by default, or pick/create a specific one)
- 📧 Want it delivered? Add a Send Email step and turn on Attach files — the Agent's file goes out with the email automatically
Why It Matters
This turns Workflows from a notification engine into a document-producing engine. Instead of pinging someone to go build a capability statement, a pricing sheet, or a pursuit summary, your AI Agent writes it and the workflow files or sends the finished document for you.
