The clearer your capabilities are, the better we can match you to the right contracts. To make that easy to see at a glance, we've added Capability Strength, a color-coded rating on every capability in your profile.
What's New
Every capability now shows a Capability Strength badge, color-coded by how specific and substantive it is: green for high, amber for medium, and red for low. A quick look tells you which capabilities are pulling their weight and which ones could use a little more detail.
How It Works
- 🟢 Green (high) means a capability is specific and substantive, great for accurate matches
- 🟡 Amber (medium) means it's real but a bit thin
- 🔴 Red (low) means it's too generic and may surface unrelated contracts
- Open your Capabilities to see a strength badge under each capability title
- Hover any badge for a plain-language tip on what the rating means and how to improve it
Why It Matters
The more specific your capabilities are, the more relevant the contracts we put in front of you. Capability Strength shows you exactly which ones are dialed in and which to enrich, so you spend less time sifting through off-target recommendations and more time on opportunities that actually fit.
