Now you can hand any PDF form to the proposal writer and let it do the work: we've added AI PDF form-fill, so the agent reads the form, finds every fillable field, and drops in your answers, ready for you to review, edit, and download.
What's New
You can now upload any PDF form into your proposal workspace and have it filled automatically. AI PDF form-fill detects every blank on a flat, non-fillable document (IRS forms, reps and certs, RFP response templates) and fills it in, even on files that were never typeable to begin with.
How It Works
- 📄 Upload a PDF into your proposal workspace and ask the agent to fill it
- 🧠 The agent maps every field and lays a draggable blue overlay over the document
- ✏️ Tweak any value, or drag a box to reposition it, then click Save
- ⬇️ Click Download to get a clean, filled PDF that opens correctly in Preview, Chrome, and Acrobat
Why It Matters
