Hey there! 👋 We've added PIEE Directed Solicitations to My Contracts, now in beta. When a DoD contracting officer directs a notice at your company on a contract vehicle, it lands in CLEATUS on its own tab, matched to you automatically.
What's New
PIEE Directed Solicitations is a new tab in My Contracts, and it's in beta. Connect PIEE once, and every notice a DoD contracting officer sends to your company shows up there on its own, with the full solicitation attached as soon as it goes public.
How It Works
- 🔌 Connect PIEE from Settings → Integrations, then open My Contracts → PIEE
- When a contracting officer directs a notice to your company on a vehicle like SeaPort-NxG, it appears in the tab
- ✅ Directed notices reach you before the public record does, so a new one shows as "Awaiting full details" and then fills in with the complete solicitation, documents, and deadline
- Once it fills in, it behaves like any other contract: push it to your pipeline, edit it, or clear it
Why It Matters
A directed solicitation is some of the best work you'll ever see: a contracting officer chose your company, and the field is limited to the vehicle. Until now those notices only existed in an inbox, so they were easy to miss and impossible to track next to everything else you're pursuing. Now they sit with the rest of your pipeline.
Get Started
Open My Contracts and click the PIEE tab. If you haven't connected PIEE yet, hit "Configure PIEE" and we'll take it from there. Since it's still in beta, tell us what you see and we'll keep sharpening it.
