Your proposal now comes with a plan π
The Proposal Writer now opens with a checklist built from your solicitation, so you always know what to write next.

Hey there! π We've rebuilt the Proposal Writer around a Proposal Plan β a checklist built straight from your solicitation that shows every step your submission needs, and checks itself off as the work gets done.
What's New
Every proposal now opens with a Proposal Plan built from the solicitation you're bidding. It runs from "Review the solicitation" through "Format & assemble," with each step broken into the specific tasks your RFP actually calls for. Click a step and CLEATUS writes ready-to-send prompts for it, then "Draft all" works through that step's batch in sequence.
How It Works
- π Start a proposal and CLEATUS reads the solicitation, then writes a plan built for that specific bid
- Click any step and you get suggested prompts written for that exact step, ready to send
- Hit "Draft all" and CLEATUS runs that step's prompts back to back, one batch per step
- β Check what landed, then move to the next step and run its batch when you're ready
- Steps check themselves off automatically as documents get drafted, forms get filled, and compliance gets verified
- The last step, Format & assemble, applies the solicitation's formatting rules to each volume and hands you a submission-ready package to download
Why It Matters
An empty chat box makes you guess what to ask for. The plan turns the solicitation into a working checklist and writes the asks for you, so each step drafts as one batch instead of a dozen back-and-forth messages, and you stay in control between batches. Anyone on your team can open the proposal and see exactly where it stands.
Get Started
Open a pursuit and click into the Proposal Writer, then click any step in the plan to see its prompts. The plan builds itself on the first run β for proposals you started before this update, just tell the agent "let's continue" to generate one.
Happy bidding! ποΈ
