Hey there! We've reorganized the Proposal Writer so every document has a clear home. Workspace tabs keep the package you will submit, the files your team and CLEATUS are building, and the agency's original solicitation together without mixing them into one long list.
What's New
The Proposal Writer's file browser now opens on three Workspace tabs: Bid Package, Internal Documents, and Contract Documents. Each tab answers a different question about your pursuit, so you can see what is ready to submit, what is still being worked on, and what the agency actually asked for.
How It Works
Review the package you will submit
- 📦 Bid Package holds the assembled deliverable that goes to the agency
- The tab is always visible, even before assembly, so an empty view makes it clear that the package is not ready yet
Keep working files together
- 🗂️ Internal Documents holds drafted volumes, planning notes, completed forms, pricing tables, and other work in progress
- New files you create, paste, or drag into the writer land here automatically
- Opening a file from chat takes you directly to the tab where it lives
Read the solicitation beside your draft
- 📄 Contract Documents keeps the RFP, amendments, attachments, and forms exactly as they arrived
- Open any contract document in the writer's viewer to check a requirement without leaving your proposal
Why It Matters
Proposal work depends on three sources of truth: what the agency requested, what your team is producing, and what you will finally submit. When those files share one undifferentiated list, it is easy to lose an amendment, mistake a draft for a final volume, or leave the writer just to confirm a requirement. The new layout keeps those boundaries visible while preserving one place to do the work.

Open any pursuit, enter the Proposal Writer, and use the tabs above the file list to move between your Bid Package, Internal Documents, and Contract Documents.
