Organize pursuit documents into folders πŸ“

Hi everyone! We've added folders and subfolders to every pursuit's Documents tab. Drop a whole solicitation package in and it arrives with the structure you already built, so your team browses it instead of scrolling one long list.

What's New

Every pursuit's Documents tab now supports folders and subfolders. Folders and files sit together in one list, folders first, and a folder opens with a double click. Uploads also accept more of what an agency actually publishes, including slide decks, images, and ZIP archives.

How It Works

  • πŸ“ Press "New folder" beside the folder trail to create a folder inside the one you have open
  • Drop a whole folder onto "Upload a Document" and it rebuilds underneath the open folder, subfolders and all
  • Each file row's menu holds Preview, Open in new tab, Rename, Move, and Delete, and you can select several rows to move or delete them together
  • πŸ”Ž Search reaches every folder at once, and each result shows the folder it came from
  • Sort the list by Name, Size, or Upload Date from the column headers

Why It Matters

Agencies publish a solicitation as a package: a base document, amendments, attachments, and exhibits. That package used to land as one flat list, so nothing said which amendment a file belonged to, and two amendments could not both carry a file named SF30.pdf. Now the structure your team already uses survives the upload, and the right version is one search away.

Get Started

Open any pursuit, go to the Documents tab, and press New folder.

Happy organizing! πŸ—‚οΈ
