Put images right where your proposal needs them 🖼️
Drop a picture into a Word file and it fits the page, add pictures to a spreadsheet, and upload images to the Document Hub to use in your proposal chat.

Hi everyone! We've brought images to the Proposal Writer. Drop a picture into a Word file and it fits the page, add pictures to a spreadsheet, and upload images to the Document Hub so you can use them in your proposal chat.
What's New
Images in the Proposal Writer now work across the files you build a proposal from. Word files fit a dropped image to the page and let you resize it, spreadsheets take pictures, and the Document Hub accepts PNG, JPG, GIF, and WEBP uploads.
How It Works
- 🖼️ Drop an image into a Word file. It fits the line width and the page height, and it keeps its proportions
- Select the image and drag a handle to resize it. The new size saves on its own
- In a spreadsheet, open the Insert tab and add an image, then resize it on the sheet
- Upload an image to the Document Hub. It shows an "Image Only" badge, opens in the viewer, and can be attached in the proposal writer chat
Why It Matters
Org charts, facility photos, and certifications belong in a proposal, not in a separate folder. A large image used to overflow the page in a Word file, and a spreadsheet could not take a picture at all. Now the graphic goes where the volume needs it, in the same place your team and the agent already work.
Get Started
Open a workspace, open a Word file, and drop in an image.
Happy writing! ✍️
