Workflows now fill your own PowerPoint template πŸ“Š

Hi everyone! We've taught the workflow agent to fill your own PowerPoint template instead of building a new deck. Your file comes back with its original slides, layout, fonts and tables, and only the fields you asked for filled in.

What's New

A workflow's agent step can now fill your own PowerPoint template straight from Document Hub. It reads the labels already in your deck, writes the values into those cells, and hands back the same file. Slide count, layouts, fonts, tables and every cell you did not map are the original file's bytes.

How It Works

  • πŸ“€ Upload the deck your team already uses to Document Hub
  • In Workflows, ask the agent step to fill that template and it finds the file itself
  • βœ… It fills the objective fields and leaves the scoring and judgment rows for your team
  • The filled deck goes wherever the rest of the workflow sends it, attached to an email or saved to the pursuit

Why It Matters

A capture gate deck is your format: your rows, your scoring grid, your order of slides. Building one from scratch turned a three-slide template into five to eight slides somebody had to rebuild before the review. The agent also reads more of the contract now, including estimated value, period of performance, contract vehicle and incumbent, so fields that used to come back blank arrive filled.

Get Started

Upload your .pptx to Document Hub, then ask a workflow's agent step to fill it.

Happy capturing! 🎯
