Import a contract under your own type and source 🏷️

Hi everyone! We've added custom contract types and sources to manual import. When the notice is a TORFP, or the order sits on a vehicle like CFT, you can now type the label you actually use instead of settling for "Other", and your workflows can route on it.
What's New
The Contract Type and Source Type pickers on Import Contract now let you create your own value. Custom contract types and sources save with the contract, read back on the contract page, and travel into your workflows, so an If or Filter step can branch on them.
How It Works
- 🏷️ Open Contracts → Imported Contracts and click "Import Contract"
- On Contract Type or Source Type, open the picker and click "Create custom type" (or "Create custom source"), then name it the way the agency does
- Use the new Contract Vehicle field for what the order is placed under, for example CFT
- Labels you have used before come back under "Your types," and a label that differs from one of yours only by case or spacing is saved under the spelling you already use
- In a workflow, add a condition on Custom Contract Type or Custom Source Type
Why It Matters
Work that never came from SAM.gov used to land as "Other," and the one word that described it was gone. Now the label survives the import, shows on the contract, and your automation can act on it.
Get Started
Head to Contracts → Imported Contracts, click "Import Contract," and open the Contract Type picker.
