Start workflows when your team uploads a pursuit file π
Get the right people moving as soon as a pursuit document arrives, without relying on someone to send a reminder.

Hey there! π We've added the Pursuit document uploaded trigger to AI Workflows. When your team adds a file to a pursuit, you can have the next steps happen automatically, so important updates reach the right people while the work is fresh.
What's New
The Pursuit document uploaded trigger starts a workflow when a team member uploads a file to a pursuit. Your workflow receives helpful details about the file and pursuit, so it can notify teammates or create follow-up work with the right context already in place.
How It Works
- Create a workflow and choose Pursuit document uploaded under Pipeline.
- Use the File types chips to select which uploads should start a run, such as PDFs, Word documents, or spreadsheets. Leave all chips off to include every file type.
- Add the steps that fit your team, such as a Slack Message, Send Email, or Create Task.
- Upload a file from the pursuit's Document Viewer tab using Upload a Document, or drag a file onto the page. Each matching upload starts its own workflow run.
Each run includes the file name, uploader, and a link to open the file in CLEATUS. It also includes contract details such as the title, agency, solicitation number, deadlines, and the pursuit's tags. That gives your workflow the information it needs to send a useful update or create a focused task.
Files that CLEATUS brings in from the solicitation do not start a run. This trigger is for files your team uploads, so it responds to the work your team adds to the pursuit.
Why It Matters
A newly uploaded file often means your team has something to review, share, or act on. A pricing sheet may need a second look, a signed NDA may need to be shared, or a draft may be ready for feedback. Workflows can make sure the right follow-up happens without asking someone to remember who needs an update. File type filters help you keep those updates relevant to the documents that matter to your process.
Get Started
Go to Workflows, select New Workflow, then Start from scratch, and choose Pursuit document uploaded under Pipeline. Add your steps, click Run test, and switch the workflow to Live when you're ready.
