Catch missing bid-package files before you submit πŸ“¦

Hello everyone! We've added Package checks to the Proposal Writer, so you can see what is still missing from your submission before you send it in. The writer now checks your assembled files against the solicitation and keeps the answer with your pursuit.

What's New

Package checks gives your Proposal Writer a checklist for the complete bid package. It covers required documents, forms, and workbooks, then shows confirmed gaps beside your Proposal plan so you can fix them before submission.

How It Works

  • Open any pursuit in the Proposal Writer and go to the Bid Package tab
  • Click "Assemble submission" to build your files and run the checks in the same turn
  • Look for the amber "Missing proposal items" line, then open the "Missing items" tab beside your Proposal plan
  • Review each missing item, including why it is needed and the exact requirement it comes from in the solicitation
  • Add the file, fix the gap, or tell the writer you supplied it, then click "Refresh submission"
  • Use "View" to open the assembled copy or "Download" to save the package as built

When you refresh, files that did not change keep their earlier result. The writer focuses its next check on the files that moved, so you can work through an evolving package without starting over.

Why It Matters

A single missing form can put an otherwise strong bid at risk. Instead of opening every file and comparing it with the solicitation yourself, you get a clear list of what needs attention, where each requirement came from, and whether your latest package has closed the gap. Portal steps and outside verification are still yours to confirm, but the package review is much easier to manage.

Get Started

Open any pursuit in the Proposal Writer, select the Bid Package tab, and click "Assemble submission" to run your first package check.

Happy bidding! πŸ—οΈ
