Let workflows clear low-fit recommendations 🧹

Add Dismiss Recommendation to your workflow so low-fit opportunities leave your feed while you focus on the contracts worth pursuing.

Let workflows clear low-fit recommendations 🧹

Hi everyone! Your workflows can now finish the recommendation triage for you. Add Dismiss Recommendation after a scoring step, and low-fit opportunities leave your Recommended feed without changing the feedback CLEATUS uses to learn your preferences.

What's New

Dismiss Recommendation is a new workflow action for recommendations. It works like clicking Dismiss in your feed, but your workflow can apply it automatically when a new opportunity does not meet your rule.

How It Works

  • Open a workflow that starts with the New recommendation trigger, or create a new workflow with that trigger.
  • Click the + under any step and select Dismiss Recommendation from Actions.
  • The Contract ID comes from the new recommendation automatically, so there is nothing extra to configure.
  • Add an AI Agent step to score the opportunity, then use an If / Else step to check the result.
  • Place Dismiss Recommendation on the branch for opportunities that fall below your standard.
  • Recommendations you already dismissed stay unchanged. The workflow will not overwrite your decision.
  • Changed your mind? Turn off Hide Dismissed in contract search and click Restore on the opportunity.

You can also describe this rule in Describe your workflow when creating a new workflow. The builder can add the action to the right branch for you.

Why It Matters

A busy Recommended feed makes it harder to see the opportunities that deserve a closer look. Your workflow can now apply the same triage logic every time a new recommendation arrives, so the feed stays focused without asking you to repeat the same dismissal by hand. These workflow decisions do not count as your personal feedback, so an automated rule will not distort future recommendations.

Get Started

Open a workflow triggered by New recommendation and add Dismiss Recommendation to the branch for low-scoring opportunities. Or describe the rule when you build a new workflow.
