Review profile suggestions before they change your match 🎯

Hi everyone! Your feedback can make your recommendations more useful, and now you get to review each proposed improvement first. Profile Suggestions shows what CLEATUS wants to change in your capture profile, so you can keep the guidance that fits your business and skip anything that does not.

What's New

Profile Suggestions brings proposed profile updates into a clear review flow. When CLEATUS learns from the contracts you dismiss, you can see the suggested preference, differentiator, or capability change before anything is applied.

How It Works

  • Look for the Profile Suggestions banner on your dashboard, or open Settings → Capabilities and Preferences.
  • Click Review to walk through your pending suggestions one at a time.
  • Read the before-and-after diff. Additions appear in green, removals appear in red, and each suggestion includes the reason behind it.
  • Click Approve to apply the change to your capture profile immediately.
  • Click Decline when the suggestion does not reflect your business. CLEATUS records your decision and will not bring back the same suggestion.
  • Choose Not now to close the review and decide later. Pending suggestions stay on your dashboard.
  • If your preference list is full, review removals first. Approving one can make room for a suggested addition.

Why It Matters

Your capture profile guides the opportunities you see, so small changes can have a meaningful effect on your pipeline. You should not have to wonder why your recommendations changed or worry that a useful preference disappeared without your say. Now you can understand each proposed improvement, keep your profile aligned with your real capabilities, and make sure future recommendations reflect the work you want to win.

Get Started

Open your dashboard and look for the Profile Suggestions banner. Click Review to see whether CLEATUS has an improvement ready for you.

Happy matching! 🎯
