Hello everyone! We've added the Daily recommendation digest trigger to AI Workflows, so your team can review a day's strongest new opportunities in one focused email instead of sorting through a separate message for every contract.
What's New
The Daily recommendation digest trigger gathers your new recommendations into a single workflow run. You choose the minimum score, then use a repeating section in your email to show each matching contract in one easy-to-scan list.
How It Works
Choose the right trigger
- Go to Automation → Workflows and create a new workflow
- Select "Daily recommendation digest" as the trigger, or open an existing trigger and choose "Change"
- Set a "Minimum score" so the digest includes only the matches that meet your team's bar
Build one useful email
- Add a "Send Email" step to your workflow
- Insert a "Repeating section" in the email body to list every contract from that day's digest
- Include up to 15 new recommendations in each digest, giving your team a concise view of the day's best opportunities
Keep the signal fresh
- The digest runs every day except Monday, alongside the daily recommendation sweep. Tuesday's digest picks up the new matches from Monday
- A contract that already appeared in a successful digest run will not be sent again
- The digest runs even when your daily recommendation email is turned off, so your workflow can be the one place your team receives these updates

Get Started
Head to Automation → Workflows, select "New Workflow," and choose "Daily recommendation digest" as your trigger. Add a Send Email step with a Repeating section, then set the score threshold that works for your team.
