Meet CLEATUS CRM: relationships in your pipeline ๐ค
Keep government contacts, teaming partners, and agencies together with the pursuits they belong to, so your whole team can build on the same relationship history.

Hello everyone! ๐ We've just released CLEATUS CRM, one home for the government contacts, teaming partners, and agencies behind your pursuits. It keeps relationship history next to your pipeline, so your team can see who owns the connection, what happened last, and which opportunities it touches before the next call.
What's New
CLEATUS CRM adds People, Companies, and Agencies under CRM in your sidebar. It suggests records from the pursuits already in your pipeline, keeps activity and notes on each record, and works with AI Workflows and Ask CLEATUS so relationship context stays connected to the work.
How It Works
Build your list
- Choose suggested people, companies, and agencies from your pursuits, or add them yourself
- Add a person or company, import records from a CSV, or click "Save as contact" beside a point of contact on a pursuit
- Link each person or company to the pursuits where they matter, and see the pursuits issued by an agency
Organize your relationships
- Switch between Table view and Board view, then filter, sort, and group records
- Save a view for yourself or share it with your team
- Select records to set an owner or attribute, add them to a pursuit, archive them, or export them to CSV
Keep the full history close
- Open a record's Overview, Activity, Notes, Tasks, or Pursuits tab
- Click "Log" to record a call, meeting, or email
- Type @ in a note to mention a teammate, record, or pursuit
- Use "Manage attributes" to add fields such as a status, rating, contract value, renewal date, or related record
Connect the tools you already use
- In Settings โ Integrations, open Outlook and click "Connect with Microsoft" to sync each teammate's mailbox
- Start with the "Pipeline Contacts to CRM" workflow template to add notice contacts, incumbents, and agencies as contracts enter your pipeline
- Ask CLEATUS to find CRM records and fill in their custom attributes
Why It Matters
Capture runs on relationships, but those relationships often live in spreadsheets, inboxes, and one person's memory. CLEATUS CRM keeps the context with the pursuits it belongs to, so anyone on your team can pick up the conversation, prepare for the next touch, and understand the broader relationship before reaching out.
Get Started
Open CRM in your sidebar and click People. If your pursuits name points of contact, add the suggested records you want, or click "Add a person" to start fresh. CLEATUS CRM, AI Workflows, and Outlook sync are included on DATA + AI + Automations and higher plans.
Happy relationship building! ๐ค
