Every Opportunity Arrives With a PWin Score

Most teams only score the handful of pursuits they already decided to chase, because scoring means reading the package by hand. The PWin Agent reads it for you: the full solicitation, the incumbent, the competitive field, your past performance, and your price position, then returns a probability of win with the evidence behind every factor.

Evidence Before Score

It Reads the Package, Then Scores It

The agent works from the parsed solicitation, not the cover sheet: scope and requirements from Section C, the Section L instructions, and the Section M evaluation factors, plus the attachments and exhibits. What the government says it will weigh is what the score weighs. When the package could not be read, the agent says so and lowers its confidence rather than filling the gap.

Scores against Sections C, H, K, L, and M plus attachments
Weights mirror the Section M evaluation emphasis
Every factor rating cites its source
Missing package lowers confidence instead of guessing

Competitive Research

The Incumbent and the Field, Not Just Fit

A fit score tells you the work matches your capabilities. A PWin tells you whether you beat the people bidding against you. The agent identifies the incumbent, pulls what they have won from this contracting office and whether those awards were sole-source or competitive, and searches comparable awards to establish the realistic price band and the usual number of bidders.

Names the incumbent and their history with this office
Separates sole-source from competitive award history
Comparable awards set the realistic price band

Your Rubric, Your Gate

Score Against Your Own Bid/No-Bid Model

Ten weighted capture factors ship as the default, from customer relationship and competitive position through price-to-win and operational readiness. If your bid/no-bid worksheet is in the Document Hub, the agent uses your factors and your weights instead. You set the gate: pursuits at or above it land in the pipeline with the PWin memo attached, and everything below comes back with the two or three risks that held the score down.

Ten weighted factors by default, or upload your own rubric
Set the bid gate where your real gate sits
Above the gate: pipeline entry plus a saved PWin memo
Below the gate: what would have to change, and why

Frequently Asked Questions

PWin stands for Probability of Win: the likelihood your company wins one specific bid, expressed 0 to 100. It is not your historical win rate and it is not price-to-win. Capture teams use it to decide where bid and proposal money goes, and to weight a pipeline forecast, since PWin multiplied by contract value is expected revenue.
