BACKYARD SHOWCASE, LLC

BACKYARD SHOWCASE, LLC specializes in the design and manufacturing of prefabricated wood building systems, with demonstrated experience delivering specialized structures for defense applications. Their core capability centers on precision fabrication of modular wood components, including structural framing, panelization, and assembly-ready packaging tailored to field-deployable requirements. The company leverages advanced timber engineering techniques to produce durable, transportable pavilions and temporary facilities that meet military operational standards for rapid deployment and environmental resilience. Technical expertise includes compliance with military construction specifications, moisture and load-resistant wood treatment, and integration of standardized joint systems for quick on-site assembly. Their differentiation lies in agile, small-scale manufacturing that enables customized solutions for mission-critical infrastructure without the lead times of conventional construction. The contractor has delivered products to the Department of Defense, specifically supporting infrastructure needs through the fabrication of PT PAVILION systems—likely portable, temporary shelters or command support structures used in tactical or logistical environments. This reflects a focused relationship with DoD units requiring rapid-response, non-permanent facilities that balance durability, ease of transport, and field adaptability. The primary industry focus is on NAICS 321992, which encompasses the manufacturing of prefabricated wood buildings not classified elsewhere. In practice, this means the company produces engineered wood assemblies for specialized applications, positioning itself as a niche supplier within the defense and federal infrastructure supply chain, serving needs where speed, portability, and wood-based material efficiency are prioritized over permanent construction. BACKYARD SHOWCASE, LLC is a small business structured as a 2J entity, headquartered in Ronks, Pennsylvania. The firm operates without federal certifications such as 8(a), HUBZone, or WOSB, and maintains a localized footprint with no indication of nationwide or international operational presence. Their market positioning is that of a specialized fabricator serving precise defense infrastructure requirements through agile, craft-based manufacturing.
