All interested vendors must maintain an active registration in SAM.gov prior to submission, with processing times for new or updated registrations requiring at least 10 to 15 days, and failure to maintain an active status will disqualify any potential award. Additionally, contractors must be certified through the Defense Logistics Information Services’ Joint Certification Program to access Controlled Unclassified Information or Export Controlled Information, with access limited to a single designated Data Custodian per CAGE code listed on the DD 2345 form, approved by the Defense Logistics Agency. Vendors are responsible for coordinating with their CAGE code’s Data Custodian to secure the necessary CUI access, as compliance is mandatory for contract performance. The contract is set to be awarded to Keysight Technologies unless a viable alternative is provided that meets all requirements in the response window.
