ENVELOPE MACHINES LLC

ENVELOPE MACHINES LLC specializes in the repair, rebuilding, and manufacturing of high-precision commercial and industrial printing and packaging machinery. Their core capabilities center on the restoration of complex offset printing systems, including the complete rebuild of Halm Jet press machines, as well as the procurement and integration of multi-color wet offset overprinting equipment. The company demonstrates deep technical proficiency in mechanical reconditioning, precision alignment, hydraulic and pneumatic system calibration, and the installation of industrial-grade printing components. Their work requires advanced knowledge of press dynamics, ink transfer systems, and substrate handling—critical for maintaining operational integrity in high-volume government printing environments. What sets them apart is their ability to deliver mission-critical machinery solutions under tight operational timelines, combining repair expertise with light manufacturing capabilities to meet unique agency requirements. The contractor has delivered services to both the Department of Justice and the Department of Defense, indicating a strong fit for federal printing and document production needs. For the DOJ, they have performed specialized rebuilds of high-speed envelope and printing presses used in federal processing facilities. For the DoD, they have supplied new industrial printing systems for use at defense installations, suggesting a role in secure document output and logistical printing support. Their primary industry focus lies in NAICS 811310 (commercial machinery repair) and 333310 (service industry machinery manufacturing), positioning them as a niche provider for government agencies reliant on legacy and mission-specific printing infrastructure. They serve verticals requiring durable, high-volume output systems, particularly in secure document handling and administrative operations. ENVELOPE MACHINES LLC is a small business structured as a 2J entity, based in Albany, Georgia. While they currently hold no formal government certifications, their demonstrated ability to deliver complex machinery solutions for federal clients underscores their reliability in the defense and justice sectors. Their geographic location supports regional logistics for Southeastern federal facilities while maintaining national reach for critical equipment deployments.
