The company maintains a strong operational history with the Department of Health and Human Services and the Department of Agriculture. For these agencies, they primarily deliver critical infrastructure support, focusing on the upkeep of laboratory-grade refrigeration and climate control systems essential for research and storage. Their primary industry focus is the repair and maintenance of commercial and industrial machinery and equipment. In practice, this manifests as a specialization in high-stakes thermal management and cold-chain infrastructure, positioning them as a technical service provider for government research and agricultural facilities.
