MIDNIGHT SUN AUS, LLC

MIDNIGHT SUN AUS, LLC specializes in commercial and institutional building construction with a strong focus on roofing systems, facade integrity, and structural repair work for federal facilities. The contractor delivers precision roofing replacements, waterproofing, flashing repairs, skylight installations, and foundation leak remediation using industry-standard materials and methods compliant with building codes and federal facility standards. Their technical expertise includes nuclear-grade roof scanning, structural waterproofing, safety railing installation, and fire pump integration, demonstrating proficiency in high-sensitivity environments such as research labs and federal infrastructure. A key differentiator is their ability to execute complex, mission-critical repairs under stringent operational constraints while maintaining facility functionality during work. The company maintains a consistent relationship with the Department of Health and Human Services, delivering building envelope and structural repairs at healthcare and research facilities, including the National Institutes of Health campus. They also serve the Department of Agriculture on critical infrastructure projects at agricultural research centers, performing roof replacements and facility upgrades that support scientific operations. Additional work for the Department of Defense includes specialized nuclear facility roof assessments, indicating familiarity with secure and regulated environments. Their primary industry focus lies in NAICS 236220 (Commercial and Institutional Building Construction) and 238160 (Roofing Contractors), where they function as a trusted specialty trade contractor for building envelope restoration and long-term asset preservation. They are positioned as a niche provider for federal agencies requiring durable, code-compliant repairs on aging infrastructure, particularly in high-usage or sensitive facilities. MIDNIGHT SUN AUS, LLC is a small business structured as a 2L entity, headquartered in Anchorage, Alaska. While currently holding no federal certifications, their geographic presence supports operations across federal installations in remote and continental U.S. locations, with a demonstrated capacity to mobilize quickly for time-sensitive repairs.
