MODPROS ELEVATOR, INC.

MODPROS ELEVATOR, INC. specializes in elevator and escalator installation, maintenance, and modernization services within federal and public infrastructure projects. Leveraging expertise in mechanical systems integration and building code compliance, the company delivers turnkey elevator solutions that meet ASME A17.1 safety standards and ADA accessibility requirements. Their technical capabilities include hydraulic and machine-room-less elevator systems, control panel upgrades, emergency power backup integration, and predictive maintenance protocols using IoT-enabled monitoring platforms. The firm distinguishes itself through precision field execution, adherence to OSHA and local jurisdictional codes, and a focus on minimizing operational disruption during retrofits in occupied facilities. Award history is not available to identify specific agency relationships or project types, so no definitive patterns of engagement with federal, state, or local entities can be confirmed. However, given the nature of their NAICS code 238290 — Other Building Equipment Contractors — it is inferred that their work supports public sector facilities such as courthouses, federal office buildings, transit stations, and healthcare complexes requiring compliant vertical transportation systems. The company’s primary industry focus is on building equipment contracting, specifically the installation, repair, and modernization of passenger and freight elevators, dumbwaiters, and escalators. Their market positioning centers on niche, high-safety-demand applications where reliability and regulatory compliance are non-negotiable. They operate as a small, locally based firm in Sunrise, Florida, structured as a 2L entity under federal classification, with no government-recognized certifications on record. Their geographic presence is concentrated in Florida, with service delivery likely extending to regional public infrastructure projects requiring specialized mechanical contracting expertise.
