This solicitation is being made pursuant to the M/WBE Noncompetitive Small Purchase Method, Section 3-08 of the New York City Procurement Policy Board (PPB) Rules, this procurement is exclusively for the City Certified Minority and Woman Owned Business (M/WBEs). Contracts awarded under this method may not exceed $1,500,000 inclusive of any and all change orders, overruns, amendments, renewals and extensions.The NYC Law Department is soliciting a Request for Quotation (RFQ) in regard to Transcription and Translation/Language Services from qualified, certified, M/WBE contractors to provide a variety of language services for the following categories:1. Transcription of Digital Audio /Video Files;2. Telephonic Interpretation Services;3. In- Person Interpretation Services;4. Sign Language Services; and5. Translation Services.We expect the awarded contract pertaining to these services to be for a period of three years with one two-year renewal upon mutual consent. The anticipated term of this contract will be from 11/01/2026 to 10/31/2029 with one two-year renewal option.
