--1 each Automated Disinfector for Transesophageal (TEE) Ultrasound probes with accrssories

The US Army Medical Command Southeast Region is seeking to procure a TD100 Automated Disinfector specifically designed for Transesophageal (TEE) Ultrasound Probes. The contract will be awarded as a sole source to PCI Medical Inc., located in Deep River, Connecticut. The procurement includes one TD100 unit capable of providing printed verification of disinfection and a rapid disinfection cycle of less than 20 minutes. Additional items included in the contract are a case of single-use disinfectant bottles, a TEE probe storage tube and rack, a semi-automated neutralizer tank for glutaraldehyde or cidex OPA deactivation, a case of Glute-out II glycine neutralizer bottles, and two operator’s and service manuals containing schematics. On-site user training and setup services are also part of the contract. Although this is not a request for proposals, other companies offering equivalent products are encouraged to submit their technical capabilities, including product specifications, past performance, pricing, and delivery timelines. This information will be reviewed by government technical representatives for potential consideration in future requirements. The contract reflects a focused effort to ensure efficient and validated disinfection processes for TEE ultrasound probes within military medical operations.
