This contract will provide man-hours plus material for the depot level diagnosis, repair and return of PATRIOT secondary and major items for the U.S. Government. The proposed contract will have a FY11 base year, with options for FY11 through FY12. RFP will be issued to Raytheon Systems Co, 350 Lowell St, Andover, MA 01810. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release of solicitation; however, solicitation will not close prior to the closing date stated above. This contract is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source.
