The Air Force Intranet Control Center (AFINCC) intends to award a sole source contract to TBD Network Services for the renewal and maintenance of the Network Service Commander software, which is currently the exclusive software used to manage the Air Force common user virtual private network (VPN). The contract will have a performance period of one year from the award date. While this notice is not a request for competitive proposals, the Air Force will consider proposals received within 10 days of the notice's publication to determine if a competitive procurement is necessary. The procurement will be conducted under Simplified Acquisition Procedures and follows the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) guidelines for commercial items, with preference given to small businesses where all other factors are equal. Vendors must submit quotes by the specified deadline and include a completed FAR 52.212-3 form to be considered. This solicitation is a combined synopsis/solicitation and constitutes the only solicitation for this procurement. All applicable FAR clauses are incorporated by reference, and no written solicitation will be issued separately. Interested parties are encouraged to indicate their business size status and direct any inquiries to the designated points of contact via email or phone. The contract emphasizes compliance with federal acquisition provisions, and failure to submit all required documentation may result in disqualification.
