(i) Solicitation Authority and Format: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial construction services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice, and utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures under FAR Part 13. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) Solicitation Document: The solicitation number is W50S8E26Q2301 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2026-01. (iii) Scope of Work: The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform the construction of the Pararescue Parking Lot at Gabreski Air National Guard Base, Westhampton Beach, NY. All work shall be performed in strict compliance with the attached Statement of Work (SOW) for Project Number WKVB222301.(iv) Magnitude of Construction: In accordance with FAR 36.204, the estimated price range of this construction project is between $250,000 and $500,000.(v) Period of Performance: The contractor shall complete all work within ninety (90) calendar days after the issuance of the Notice to Proceed (NTP).(vi) Site Visit (Highly Encouraged):An organized site visit has been scheduled.
