Remove and replace existing walk-in freezer (#1 freezer) also remove and replace walk in cooler (#4 cooler). Freezer has significant frame damage on door as well as door is bad, cooler has sagging ceiling as well as does not operate correctly The only Bids that will be considered will be from vendors who attend the mandatory bid conference on the day and time specified below. Project Summary: Site Visit: September 3rd, 2026 @ 2:30 PM Proposal Due Date: September 11th, 2026 @ 3:00 PM The intent of this project is to correct the exit door of the main Electrical Room located on the northwest side of the building and containing electrical equipment rated 1200A, doesn’t have panic hardware and does not open towards egress. The egress door to electrical rooms containing equipment rated 800A or more, must be equipped with panic hardware that are normally latched but open under simple pressure to allow quick exit from the area in the event of an arc flash or emergency conditions.
