PRESOLICITATION NOTICE Purchase of 10,000 gallons of #2 dyed off-road diesel fuel (NO BIO-DIESEL). Deliveries shall be made over multiple weeks in quantities of 1,000 to 4,000 gallons each, no tractor/trailer deliveries.
