Location: Kisatchie National Forest - Headquarters/Supervisor’s Office (Pineville, LA), Calcasieu Ranger District (Boyce, LA), Caney Ranger District (Homer, LA), Catahoula Ranger District (Bentley, LA), Kisatchie Ranger District (Provencal, LA), Winn Ranger District (Winnfield, LA).
Scope of Work (summarized): See Attachment 003 Statement of Work and Specifications for specific details not included under this paragraph. The contractor shall provide all materials, labor, equipment, tools, transportation, supervision, expertise, and other incidentals necessary, except as otherwise provided, to successfully complete road MAINTENANCE services AND road CONSTRUCTION services on National Forest roads within the Kisatchie National Forest, in accordance with this performance work statement (PWS), exhibits, and industry standards. Site(s) Visit/Pre-Bid Conference (if needed): An organized site visit is not scheduled. Bidders are urged and expected to inspect the site where services are to be performed and to satisfy themselves regarding all general and local conditions that may affect the cost of contract performance, to the extent that the information is reasonably obtainable. In no event shall failure to inspect the site constitute grounds for a claim after contract award.
