Updated 5/18/18 - The Federal Bureau of Prisons, FCI Memphis, TN is issuing a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes only the solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation with not be issued. 15B11118Q00000009 is issued as a request for quotation. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-95. The North American Industrial Code is 611699. Award will be made to the responsible quoter who submits the most advantageous offer to the Government based on price. This is a small business set-aside. Attached is synopsis/ solicitation.This is a sources sought notice. This notice is issued for market research purposes only. This is not a solicitation or invitation for offerors to submit bids. A synopsis of proposed contract action may be posted at a later date which will provide instructions for bidders to respond to the opportunity.
