This notice is not a solicitation or a request for proposals, nor does it represent a commitment to contract, and there are no solicitation documents currently available. Interested parties are encouraged to review the information posted on the Navy’s website and submit questions or requested information by March 15, 2005, to the designated contract specialist, Vicki Dean. An Industry Day was held in September 2004, and those who missed it may request the briefing materials and be added to the bidders list. The Navy will not reimburse any costs incurred by offerors for preparation or participation related to this presolicitation phase. The effort is classified under NAICS code 336413 and will be managed through the Naval Air Systems Command office located in Patuxent River, Maryland.
