This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.



W50S8V-26-Q-0027 – This solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ)



This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2026-01 dated 03-13-2026.


This requirement is designated with a Small Business set-aside of Total Small Business and associated with NAICS code: 423610 and a small business size standard of 200 Employees.



The 167th Airlift Wing, Martinsburg, WV is requesting a quote for Schlage Electronic Locks. This requirement is being requested and evaluated based on Price Alone with no discussions being held. Please provide a quote in accordance with your terms & conditions.



This requirement is for the purchase of Schlage electronic Mortise Lock, Cylindrical Lock as well as door controllers. This is a brand name requirement and the part numbers listed below are required to work with existing doors.
