Full Description

Sole Source Intent. The United States Army Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) Center Yuma, Yuma Proving Ground (YPG), Arizona, intends to negotiate a firm-fixed price contract on a sole source basis with RCL Components Inc located at 135 East Thompson Street, Bogart GA 30622-2016. This requirement will be for the complete remanufacture of a 40K Aircraft Loader. RCL Components Inc owns all data rights to the technology and replacement parts associated with this requirement. Award of this requirement will be in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items FAC 2005-38 effective 01 February 2010, Class Deviation 2009-O0009. The North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) Code is 333924 with a standard size of 750 employees. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. If you feel that your firm possesses the ability provide this service, interested parties may submit technical literature showing their capability of meeting the Governments requirement by 22 March 2010 12:00 PM NOON MST.
