Category 1: The applicant is seeking bids and proposals for the following scope of work:
Internet access at a baseline of 200 megabits with the ability to grow for future use, up to 1-gigabit. fiber is preferred but not required.
Bid pricing should be included for a baseline, in whatever sub-speed increments, from the minimum to the maximum bandwidths noted above, that the bidder has to offer.
We are seeking [1,2,3,4,5] year contract option, that will allow for upgrades to quoted bandwidth throughout the terms of the contract, via service substitution. This will require the bidder to lock-in all pricing from baseline through to the maximum growth increments, over the stated multi-year term.
All solutions should include installation and initial configuration (if needed), a method to report service outages and receive basic technical support without additional service fees, and a service level agreement.
The cost to provide Internet Access (Bandwidth). Bidder's price shall include the following: a. The available bandwidth should be a minimum of 200 Mgbps and include pricing up to 1-gigabit. b. The service hand-off shall be directly to the Owner's supplied Local Area Network. c. Internet access availability of 24 hours, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Include pricing for month to month and multi-year contracts.
Contracts are valid only if funding is awarded.
Service Provider Invoicing is required and bid scoring will consider the bidder's willingness to offer SPI.

- The Applicant prefers Service Provider Invoicing (SPI) and will score bids in accordance with the bidders agreement to abide by this preference.
