The scope requires the safe removal and environmentally compliant disposal of the existing failed equipment, followed by the installation of a new Gorman-Rupp SF Series submersible pump (Model SFV4D) and a like-for-like replacement Allen-Bradley soft starter, ensuring full compatibility and adherence to National Electric Code standards. All work must be completed within 90 calendar days after contract award, with performance scheduled between 0700 and 1600 on weekdays, excluding U.S. holidays, at Building 158 on the installation. The contractor must supply all labor, tools, materials, supervision, and quality control measures, including developing a Quality Control Program that aligns with the Performance Requirements Summary, and ensure 100% compliance with lockout/tagout safety protocols during de-energization.
