The contract involves providing life support services for the 1864th Mobilization Training Company’s Annual Training at Camp Navajo, Bellemont, Arizona, in June and August 2026. Key service requirements include maintenance and servicing of six chemical latrines and three hand washing stations approximately every third day. The contractor is expected to maintain operations between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM, including performing services on recognized holidays, except during official government facility closures such as emergencies or administrative shutdowns. Quality assurance will be conducted through daily inspections by a government point of contact to ensure adherence to performance standards. Additionally, a Quality Control Program is now a required deliverable under the contract. The award will be made based on several factors, including timeliness of quotation submission, price, technical capability to meet the Performance Work Statement requirements, and compliance with the solicitation. While past performance is not mandatory, the government reserves the right to review it if necessary. The procurement is a total small business set-aside under NAICS code 562991, and quotations must remain valid for at least 15 days post-submission deadline. The government intends to award to the lowest priced, responsive, and responsible offeror without necessarily holding discussions, although they retain that option if required. Notification of award will create a binding contract once communicated to the successful offeror within the quotation’s acceptance timeframe.
