The 187th Fighter Wing at Dannelly Field, Montgomery, Alabama, has a requirement for non-personal construction services to resurface the hangar floor in Building 1201. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, supervision, and any other items and services necessary to perform the work as described in the attached Statement of Objectives.


This requirement is being solicited via the attached Standard Form (SF) 1442.


The estimated magnitude of this construction project is between $100,000 and $250,000.


The Government intends to award a single Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) contract to the responsible vendor whose offer, conforming to the solicitation, is determined to be the most advantageous to the Government, considering price and past performance.

A site visit is highly encouraged for all interested offerors.
