The Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) intends to place Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N00024-14-G-4300 with Electric Boat Corporation, A General Dynamics Company, located at 75 Eastern Point Road, Groton, CT 06340-4989, and to issue orders on multiple occasions from time of award through 30 September 2016. Orders will be issued pursuant to 10 USC 2304(c)(1), only one or a limited number of sources and no other types of supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.
