Owls Creek Boat Maintenance, P1344, scope of work originally to include 4 bays. Funding at the time limited the design to 3 bays, however, site and building were designed in a way to accommodate the addition in time. NSWDG requests an environmental check list, site approval with NEPA, a 1391 (if required), and design build package for the 4th bay addition to Owls Creek Boat Maintenance Facility. NSWDG is prepared to fund the design fee in FY25 for construct contract execution in FY26. (W) **CF** P1344, Add design change to P1344 from 3 bay to 4 bay configuration.
