Mentor Resource Development and SupportThe contract titled Mentor Resource Development and Support engages a subcontractor to create and maintain comprehensive mentor resources for a leadership development program administered by the U.S. Embassy Bangkok under the Department of State. The primary deliverables include designing and updating mentor discussion guides, onboarding materials, and support tools tailored to equip mentors with the necessary frameworks and content to effectively guide participants. These resources must be practical, culturally responsive, and aligned with the goals of leadership development in an international context, ensuring consistency and scalability across the program. The work is classified under NAICS code 611430, indicating it falls within other schools and instruction services, and is structured as a subcontract with no set-aside designation, meaning any qualified vendor may bid.
