Bids for the construction of the Project will be received at Reynold¿s City Hall located at 3 East William Wainwright Street, Reynolds, GA 31076, until Friday, August 14, 2026, at 1:30 PM local time. At that time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read. No bid may be withdrawn after the closing time for receipt of bids for a period of sixty (60) days. Work Consists of installation of a 200,000-gallon elevated water storage tank complete with electrical, grading, yard piping to altitude valve assembly. Contract Time: 365 days. Copies of the Bidding Documents may be obtained from Watkins & Associates, LLC, 1606 Whiddon Mill Road, Tifton, Georgia 31793, (229) 388-8823 (Office of the Engineer), upon payment of a non-refundable fee of $300.00 (cash or check) or $309.00 (credit/debit card) for each set. Prospective Bidders may examine the Bidding Documents at Reynold¿s City Hall, 3 East William Wainwright Street, Reynolds, GA 31076, or at the Office of the Engineer at Watkins & Associates, LLC, Monday through Friday, between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Upon receipt of the required payment, Watkins & Associates, LLC will transmit the digital Bidding Documents by electronic download link.
