At that time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read. No bid may be withdrawn after the closing time for receipt of bids for a period of sixty (60) days. Work Consists of installation of a 200,000-gallon elevated water storage tank complete with electrical, grading, yard piping to altitude valve assembly. Contract Time: 365 days. Copies of the Bidding Documents may be obtained from Watkins & Associates, LLC, 1606 Whiddon Mill Road, Tifton, Georgia 31793, (229) 388-8823 (Office of the Engineer), upon payment of a non-refundable fee of $300.00 (cash or check) or $309.00 (credit/debit card) for each set.
