2018 AIRPORT ROOF - The Gila National Forest is requesting offerors for performing work on the Airport Roof Project. Work shall inlcude demolition and disposal of existing shingle room on the Fire Cache Mobile Home Office Trailer. Demolition will also include approximately 400 square feet of decking which has been damanged and will require replacement. If there is any additional damage, it will be assessed by the COR. Once sub-roofing is in acceptable shape, contractor shall replace with new metal roofing, brown in color. Included with new penetrations and all other trim as required for a complete roof replacement. Contractor shall replace existing fascia with new metal fascia. Approximate room dimensions are 1,300 SF (16'x80' Mobile Home Office Trailer).
