Full Description

Scope: The City of Columbus Department of Building and Zoning Services (hereinafter City) is seeking to establish a service contract for Upholstery Cleaning Service on an as-needed basis. The estimated total dollar amount to be spent on this contract is $5,000.00. This is an estimate of the annual needs of the City under these contracts and is for bidding purposes only. This estimate is not to be construed as representing an actual order for that amount or a guarantee that any minimum amount will actually be purchased. Subsequent to the acceptance of an offer a purchase orders may be issued by the City to purchase items listed herein during the term of the agreement. At no time shall the obligation of the City agency exceed the dollar amount of any associated purchase order. The contracts will expire approximately one year from the date they begin. Any available funds not obligated by the City on or prior to the expiration of the contracts will be cancelled after that date. The location for this service will be at 111 N. Front Street, Columbus, OH 43215. The City seeks to hire one (1) Contractor for this service and the contract shall run from approximately December 1, 2024, through November 30, 2025. Interested bidders shall respond to this solicitation by submitting a bid through the City of Columbus’ Vendor Services Portal.
