From Eileen Bradley Borough Manager Borough of Sellersville LEGAL 140 East Church Street NOTICE Sellersville, PA 18960 CAI 01104.03 Telephone +1 (555) 000-0000 Sealed proposals for “2024 ADA Curb Ramp Replacement Program” will be received by the Borough of Sellersville, Bucks County, Pennsylvania, via PennBid, until 10:00 A.M., prevailing time, on August 26, 2024. This project will consist of ADA curb ramp installation at the intersection of W. Clymer Avenue and S. Main Street as well as along East Church Street at the N. Main Street, Penn St. High St., Wert Ave., and at the Middle School bus entrance. Bids will be administered via PennBid. Complete sets of contract documents are available via www.PennBid.net. The successful bidder who is awarded the contract will be required to pay "PennBID" a fee in accordance with their established fee schedule. Bids must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the bid, made payable to the Borough of Sellersville.
