This work will include, but not necessary limited to, the construction of 19 ADA curb ramps with sidewalk along Eastgate Drive in South Middleton Township. Eastgate Drive is to be overlayed with 2" compacted depth wearing course with tapered thickness down to 1-1/2" along curbs and edges. Clean and tack coat/leveling to be applied before overlay. Raise or lower gas valves, water boxes and sewer lids where needed (lids provided by Township). Mark centerline, crosswalks, stop bars for painting. Driveway notches incidental to paving quantities. Bids will be based on unit price bid. Contract will be subject to the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act. The Township will provide written Notice to Proceed to the Contractor.
