Copies of Bidding Documents for 2024 Sanitary Sewer Maintenance are available online and at no cost at www.PennBid.net. NOTE: The Commissioners of Spring Garden Township have authorized C.S. Davidson, Inc., to act on their behalf by opening bids. Contracts will be awarded at a regularly scheduled meeting of Spring Garden Township. A bid bond by acceptable surety or a certified check made payable to Spring Garden Township in the amount of 5% of the maximum bid must be provided by each bidder with their bid.
