(local time) Tuesday, March 19, 2024, for the ‘2024 Stormwater Rehabilitation Project located at Belgrade and S. Glenwood Avenues’, Aldan Borough, Delaware County, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. This project consists of the removal of an existing box culvert, installation of Cured in Place Pipe (CIPP), HDPE stormmain and storm inlets. Ancillary site work includes, but not limited to restoration of paving, curbing and grass restoration along with traffic controls and erosion controls. All Bidding Documents are available online at no cost at www.PennBid.net. Attention of bidders is called to all of the requirements contained in this bid packet. No bidder may withdraw his bid within ninety (90) days after the actual date of opening thereof. The Borough reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, or parts thereof, and to waive any informality in the bidding, as they deem in the best interest of the Borough. Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of ten (10) percent of the total payable to the Aldan Borough.
